Company history and profile
EMTC Villamosgépgyártó Bt. was founded in May 2000 as a hungarian-german joint venture.
The company is located in the city of Cegléd, just 70 km south-east of Budapest. Our main activity consists in manufacturing of electrical rotating machines and their parts. We have the appropriate technical background and manufacturing experience in the following areas:
1. Winding Our hand-winding and vacuum impregnation technology guarantees a high-standard product quality for a large variety of applications. - stators for brushless servomotors in different sizes - stators for induction motors according to IEC standards in a size range of IEC 56-200. - windings for special motors (multi-speed, vibrators etc)
2. Machining We are well equipped with modern CNC lathe machines and machining centers. That allows us to machine not only general but also special parts (non-standard connection dimensions, shaft ends) based on customer’s prescriptions.
3. Assembly Assemblage of functional units, end-products from manufactured parts.
95% of the total income of the company is achieved on foreign markets. Continously improving our products and technologies, we are doing our best to meet our customer’s expressed and expected requirements. Our quality system is certified according to MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001.
End-products: - single-phase and three-phase induction motors in customer driven versions.
- DC servomotors Stator with permanent magnets, nominal torque range M=0,3÷37 Nm. Optionally built with tachogenerators, incremental encoders, thermal protectors, electromagnetic brakes.
- Electrohydraulic thrustors Nominal pulling force range: 250÷2000 N, stroke range 50÷60 mm.
